GreenSpace is a registered charity working to improve parks and green spaces by raising awareness, involving communities and creating skilled professionals.
Its main aim is to be the UK's leading advocate for the economic, social and environmental benefits of better planned, designed and managed parks and green spaces and for their positive contribution to our economic, physical and spiritual health, to social cohesion and to biodiversity.

Big Lottery Fund
Local Food is part of the Big Lottery Fund’s Changing Spaces programme which was launched in November 2005 to help communities enjoy and improve their local environments. The programme funds a range of activities from local food schemes and farmers markets, to education projects teaching people about the local environment.
