• Is your organisation a registered charity, company limited by guarantee, school, health body, parish or town council, or a non-profit-taking organisation?
  
  By ‘non-profit-taking’ we mean there must be clauses in your governing document to ensure that any profit is not distributed to owners or shareholders. This may include a worker-owned co-operative, social enterprise or a community interest company.

• Do you have a track record together with the skills, experience and resources relevant to your proposed project?
  
  A new organisation can apply; however, you will need a business plan and evidence of a strong track record amongst the people involved in it.
